Bottoms have the strap to prevent snow entering boots. 18 waist 11 rise 30 inseam these measurements are lying flat. They also have the Karbon suspenders. Made for harsh Canadian winters, great brand. Last 2 pics show small scrape on fabric at the left boot and small scrape at lower right buttock area. Excellent pants.
